1/13/2004

By: Glenda Werner
E-Mail Glenda

The Plaza Inn is located at the end of Main Street U.S.A. at Disneyland California. It serves Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and currently a special birthday party for people celebrating birthdays at the park.

Who: Glenda, Alex (6) and Laurie (3 ½)

Where: Plaza Inn

When: Sunday, Dec. 7, 2003

What: Character Breakfast; 1 Adult, 2 Kids

Approximate price of entrees: $40.69 with AP discount.

Rate the following (1-5 where 1-Poor, 2-Fair, 3-Good/Average, 4-Very Good, 5-Excellent)

  • Food: 2
  • Service: 3, Served Cafeteria Style
  • Atmosphere: 4, again, it’s very pretty inside, and comfortable.

Okay for Children: Yes

Okay for Couples: Yes

Be sure to try: Nothing impressed me.

General tips: Don’t come here expecting exceptional food for breakfast. Most items were good/ok, but not something I would pay that kind of money for. If you decide to eat here, do it for the character interaction. Pooh, Eeyore, Piglet, Tigger and Pluto came to our table. Tigger was going to eat my breakfast, and had I started eating, I would have let him :-) He also walked out with the pretty teenage girl at the table behind us, leaving her boyfriend and her parents sitting there. We all got a laugh out of that.

Money saving tips:

AP discount available.

Extra comments:

If you want pictures, put your kids together on the outside, or easiest part of the table to get to. That way the characters can walk up behind them and you don’t have to move anyone around.
