Brianna’s 10 Disneyland Rules
9/26/2004

  1. Have Lowry’s Beef Jerky – the individually packaged kind – for the car ride

  2. Start at Adventureland and the Jungle Cruise, then work around the park to end in Tomorrowland

  3. Must have Minute-Maid Frozen Lemonade, it gives you something to do while waiting in line

  4. Churros, churros, churros; but only eat them at night (they taste best then)

  5. Buy a glass Disney figurine on Main Street, and a box of rock candy at the Candy Palace

  6. Take a picture with at least one character

  7. Wave to the man in the rocking chair on Pirates

  8. Have a huge deep-fried corndog at the little red cart that appears to be nameless

  9. Ride “It’s a Small World”. You know you all secretly love this ride just as much as Haunted Mansion and you only say your favorite ride is Haunted Mansion because it sounds “cooler” than It’s a Small World (unless you’re a 6 year old girl)

  10. Always end the night with a “mountain”: Matterhorn, Splash, Thunder, or Space

Personal rules may vary, but these are the ones I find myself doing year after year. It’s funny how almost half of those rules involve food, but that plays a very important role in “my Disneyland”. I’ll be going to Disneyland this December for my first Disneyland holiday experience; we’ll see if I acquire any more.
