Some Interesting Manufacturing Processes – Did You Know

The seating pads for Splash Mountain are fabricated at Disneyland. It looks like they pour chocolate cake batter into a mold it dries and boom you have a semi-spongy seating pad!!

That's not the kind of thing Home Depot will tell you 'it's on aisle 5, next to patio furniture!! Most all of the special building ornamentation is fabricated right there at Disneyland. The Staff Shop, a lot of talented people who have worked on motion picture sets work there. They also make the 'glass slipper' on the Prince's velvet pillow as shown in the Electrical Parade...
