The Happiest Haunts On Earth
3/21/2005

We know that there are 999 Happy Hants that reside in the Haunted Mansion, but have you ever wondered if any other spirits lurked at the Happiest Place on Earth? During 2003, the Disneyland Resort launched a Disney’s Mysteries, Myths, and Legends tour which highlights some of the creepiest Disneyland attractions and ghost stories...but what about the Walt Disney World resort, what spirits lurk our beloved theme parks? While it is impossible to know how many haunts truly exist at Walt Disney World, or even to know if they truly even exist, I decided to do a bit of research on the subject.

While I have compiled a number of ghost stories from cast members, I’d like to hear from you! If you have any stories what-so-ever about ghosts in Walt Disney World, send them to BWAYFANatic2004@aol.com with “All Ears On Central Florida” in the subject line...these stories can include anything from sightings to eerie feelings, or even stories you’ve heard!

When submitting your stories, please keep in mind that Magic Kingdom and Epcot stories will appear in the March 28th article , and Animal Kingdom and the MGM studios will appear on April 4th!

Please note that the above article does not necessarily reflect the views of Melissa Kratish or those at Mickey News. The information provided within the article are merely stories from cast members and guests who happen to believe that they’ve encountered the supernatural at the Walt Disney World resort, whether you choose to believe the material is completely up to you.
