Mickey News's beloved columnist Kevin O'Neal had a minor heart attack Friday morning and it was discovered that he has 3 nearly blocked arteries and an acute case of Diabetes. He is scheduled for surgery very early Wednesday morning and we would like everyone to keep him in your thoughts and prayers.
Kevin has been a very big part of Mickey News, almost from day one, and we want him to have a very quick recovery so he can get back to the place he loves most, Disneyland! Kevin has written 74 articles for Mickey News and was the first columnist Mickey News had. He loves to write about things that others are afraid to cover and doesn't shy away from touchy subjects.

He is supposed to be in the hospital from three to five days after the surgery and then will be recovering at the home of his cousin.
