Disney's High School Musical Pep Rally - At The Studios

From one of the most successful Disney Channel Original Movies produced, "High School Musical" released on January 20th, 2006 comes another successful "Mini-Show" here at Walt Disney World.

The "High School Musical Pep Rally" now performed in front of the Sorcerer's Hat at MGM studios takes you back to your own Pep rally days at High School. Join the East High Wildcats basketball team as their cheerleaders spur them on in this energetic dance and song-filled pep rally that will have you singing along with all the hit tunes from the original movie, including the hit song, "We're all in this Together".

Original first shown at the Magic Kingdom in Tomorrowland as a static show, it was decided that the Studios would better be suited for the show with a lot more room to rally! So with the stage being pulled up Hollywood Boulevard in a mini-parade with the cheerleaders and team in the lead, the show is larger and has more room for dancing than at the Magic Kingdom. Also because of the central location, it is getting much more exposure. The addition of the basketball team at the Studios makes it even more exciting. The dance routines seem longer and the basketball teams dribbling with the basketballs just make it so much more fun! The rally is about 13 to 15 minutes long. And in keeping with the "Year of a Million Dreams" promise to make things more interactive with the guests, you will find yourself shooting baskets, your kids can even join in on the fun and the adults will feel like they are back in High School at the Friday night pep rallies. The talented cast is full of fire from beginning to end, and once you attend the"Pep Rally", you will get Wildcat fever too!
