| Chicken Little is a delightful movie and very enjoyable. The animation is every bit as good as any other computer animated movie out there...including Pixar. The story is fast paced and fun. My teens, husband, friends and I laughed all the way through it. The story is fun and enjoyable. I won't say it is the best film I've ever seen but it is a really fun time for everyone. I enjoyed this movie not just once but twice this past weekend.
My favorite characters from the movie are Abby Mallard voiced by Joan Cusack and the Runt of the Litter voiced by Steve Zahn. Those two really make the movie. Their characters are fun and clever. As a mom: It was fun to listen to my teen boys laughing their heads off. They really enjoyed the movie. Yeah! Success!!! It was even more fun to watch at least half the audience stay for the closing credits and dance in the rows and isles of the auditorium. I marveled at that. That was a first for me. As an adult: There was enough clever content that kept me totally involved in the movie. I gave the audience response to this movie a 98 out of 100! Everyone seemed to really have a good time and enjoy it. So the bottom line is, if you are looking for a fun movie for the entire family with the strongest swear word being "snap" then Chicken Little is for you! Besides, Abby Mallard and Runt ROCK!!! |
