| Head Chef Michael Viola of Tony's town square restaurant worked his last day this Friday, Feb, 23rd. He is being transferred to the Akershus of Norway and Chef Mark Norberg of Akershus will begin training for about 4 to 6 weeks at Tony's Town Square Restaurant as head chef" now dave said these type of transfers are sometimes not even know by the managers of the restaurants involved. He had told me a month ago that rumors that mike would be transferred were going around, but the final move is known at the last minute. |
