Disneyland is the Disney Companies flagship theme park. This was the first park that was built and opened July 1955. It continues to grow to this day and is one of California’s hottest theme park destinations.

A Fort Lauderdale man was arrested at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Waterpark Sunday after a woman said he touched her in the wave pool. Caesar Pinto, 19, was charged with sexual battery.

According to a WESH 2 News report, the Orange County Sheriff's Office stated in a report that the 30-year-old woman had complained that Pinto slid his hand underneath her bikini bottom and assaulted her as she swam in the wave pool. Allegedly Pinto was in the process of approaching her a second time when the woman started kicking and screaming at him.

Walt Disney World called deputies to the water park after the woman had reported the incident. Deputies interviewed and arrested Pinto, who was later released on bond.

This is not the first incident of sex battery to be reported at Typhoon Lagoon and other Orlando area water parks. Many of the charges have eventually been dropped.
