HK Disneyland looks at increasing visibility in Indian market with promotional offers for travel trade

With an aim to further increase its visibility in the Indian market, Hong Kong Disneyland has lined up series of offers for the Indian travel trade this year. In order to inform the travel trade about its various offerings, Hong Kong Disneyland organised a presentation meet for the travel trade in New Delhi yesterday.

A six member delegation informed the travel trade about the various offers which include: 50 per cent off on bookings made on hotel rooms and the theme park. If bookings are done for two to three tickets, the travel trade will get one free ticket. The company also announced discounted ticket rates, USD 350 for an adult (per day) and USD 250 for a child (per day).

In addition to this, Hong Kong Disneyland has also lined up series of offers for the travel trade and has suggested the travel fraternity to register on its website, which was launched last year especially for the travel trade worldwide. A video presentation in Hindi was done by Samson Woo, Director, Travel Trade Sales, Hong Kong Disneyland who informed about various new attractions at Disneyland such as Adventureland, Tommorrowland, Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel, Disneyland Hollywood Hotel and authentic Indian cuisines. Hong Kong Disneyland is conducting a similar presentation meet in Mumbai tomorrow at Four Seasons Hotel. The participating six member delegation includes: Joseph Fernandes, General Manager India, AVIAREPS (who is the India representative of Disneyland worldwide); Jacqueline Wong, Associate Sales Manager, Hong Kong Disneyland; John Tam, Manager, Travel Trade Sales, Hong Kong/ International and Cinty Yniguez Curran, Sales Manager, Hong Kong Disneyland.
