A Fort Lauderdale man was behind bars Monday, accused of exposing and fondling himself in a changing room at Disney's Blizzard Beach. A male visitor told police that Gilbert Jay was peeking into his stall when he was showering, Sunday. He said Jay sat down and started to touch himself. The man alerted a Disney employee. The employee also saw Jay touching himself and alerted security, who arrested the man.
