Victoria Walker, 52, was sentenced to 90 days in jail minus the 32 days she has served while awaiting sentencing. She was also given nine months probation.

Walker was found guilty of beating up Aimee Krause of Clermont at the Mad Tea Cup ride in Walt Disney World back in May of 2007.

Walker was originally offered a plea deal, which she refused.

It she would have accepted it, she probably would have not gone to jail.
