Tuesday morning, jurors will hear a second day of testimony in the trial of a woman accused in a Disney ride attack. Victoria Walker is facing 15 years in prison for allegedly beating another woman outside the ride.

Jurors have already heard from the victim in some very emotional testimony. Amy Krause described how Victoria Walker attacked her in front of her children.

Victoria Walker, 51, sat and listened to what Krause said she did to her last May while standing in line for the tea cup ride.

"I just started feeling blows to my head," said Krause.

Krause, 35, said she was in line with her kids at Magic Kingdom's Mad Tea Cup ride. Prosecutors said Walker came up behind Krause and started swinging because she thought Krause cut her in line.

"The defendant grabs her by the hair, then starts beating her upside the head, first with some type of object," said one prosecutor.

The defense says Krause started the fight when she elbowed Walker after an argument. But Krause says walker cursed her and her children, shoved her seven-year-old daughter, then started punching and choking her.

"All I could feel was my necklace being pulled backwards and tightening around my neck until I couldn't breathe," Krause said during her testimony.

Victoria Walker could have accepted a plea deal in exchange for a lot less time in prison, but she told the judge she wanted to defend herself against the charges.
