Disneyland is the Disney Companies flagship theme park. This was the first park that was built and opened July 1955. It continues to grow to this day and is one of California’s hottest theme park destinations.

The savings will really add up this summer for guests booking a magical Walt Disney World vacation. Disney's Five Plus Two Dream Maker Package offers travelers a seven-night stay at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel and unlimited admission to its four theme parks and two water parks for the price of a five-night package -- a savings of $479 or more for a family of four*.

Disney's Five Plus Two Dream Maker Package is available for travel between July 5 and Nov. 18, 2004. The special package includes accommodations for six or seven nights at an on-site Walt Disney World Resort hotel and an Ultimate Park Hopper ticket featuring unlimited access to the theme parks, water parks, Downtown Disney Pleasure Island, DisneyQuest Indoor Interactive Theme Park and Disney's Wide World of Sports Complex, for the price of a five-night package.

This package also includes two souvenir Disney trading pins and two lanyards, per room. Plus, one of the following Choice Features per room:

  • A specially designed Disney character poster
  • Up to two images displayed on one Leave a Legacy tile at Epcot
  • One round of miniature golf
  • $25 total per room of dining at Planet Hollywood at Downtown Disney West Side

Prices start as low as $589 per adult for visits July 5-Aug. 28, and Sept. 30-Oct. 30, 2004 -- a savings of $178 per adult -- based on adult double occupancy at a Disney Value resort. Rates are $311 per junior ages 10-17, and $250 per child ages 3-9 -- representing a $68 and $55 savings respectively.

Packages also start as low as $527 per adult for visits between Aug. 29 and Sept. 29, 2004 -- a savings of $154 per adult -- based on adult double occupancy at a Disney Value resort.

Beginning May 5, guests can visit disneyworld.com or call the Disney Reservation Center at 407/W-DISNEY to book this special package. Reservations must be made by June 28, 2004.

The longer length of stay is a great reason for guests to plan a Magical Gathering at Walt Disney World Resort and a Grand Gatherings experience.

Grand Gatherings experiences are available to parties of eight or more guests traveling together and staying at an on-site Walt Disney World Resort hotel. The special experiences include the Safari Celebration Dinner, the Good Morning Gathering, the Magical Fireworks Voyage and the International Dinner and IllumiNations Dessert Reception.
