Some of the ‘clouds’ over London in the Peter Pan attraction are actually grey TRASH BAGS!! They are used to create a foggy cloud over the London streets as you ‘fly over’ London on your way to Neverland!!
There are a number of ‘clouds’ made from a screen type material, but the ‘foggy looking’ ones positioned at the ‘outskirts’ of London’ are just simple trash can liners!!
Under the ‘black light’ this effect is pretty clever!!
