Whisk Dad away to Downtown Disney, where you can enjoy a specially priced meal and then take a stroll – or play at DisneyQuest, or take in Cirque du Soleil – La Nouba, or watch a movie at AMC Downtown Disney 24. Lots of fun ideas!
For dads who love seafood, splurge at Fulton’s Crab House with a special New England lobster boil with Maine lobster, clams, mussels, red skin potatoes and corn on the cob for $ 50.
Head to the upstairs Dining Room at Wolfgang Puck Café for a three-course meal that starts with venison sausage with red cabbage and mustard cream and crispy spaetzle, followed by prime New York strip steak with blue cheese potato gratin, Brussels sprouts and a three peppercorn sauce. Dessert is a decadent Maker’s Mark pecan brownie pie with cherry bourbon ice cream. Cost is $ 43 per person. If you prefer more casual eats, the downstairs Wolfgang Puck Café is offering Cajun jambalaya with Andouille sausage, shrimp and chicken ($ 19) and a maple pecan brownie with cherry bourbon ice cream ($ 7).

Portobello also has a three-course dad’s day special, with baby greens and balsamic vinaigrette followed by rack of lamb with garlic whipped potatoes and farmer’s market local veggies, and a divine chocolate paradise cake to finish. Splurge and let dad sip a nice Primo Sangiovese Merlot from Italy ($ 9.95 a glass). Cost for three courses is $ 39.95.
Don’t forget the “dinner and a show” offer that’s currently available at Downtown Disney. The deal includes dinner at House of Blues and seating at Cirque du Soleil – La Nouba. The package costs $ 99 plus tax per guest age 10 and older, and $ 85 plus tax for guests ages 3-9.
Happy Father’s Day! For reservations, call 407-WDW-DINE.
