This is a personal project that started as my final project for the Animation program at Bezalel Academy of Art and Design in Israel and after graduating I kept working on it to finish it alone. Working on and off (weekends, holidays, etc) it took me about 5 and a half years to complete. This is a combined project of Liron Peer (Me, and I’m a woman btw!) and another guy, who dropped the project at an early stage and therefore all you see here was mostly done by me alone (I did the entire animation in the film). The movie is really nice but too sad for a disney movie … Why don’t you make a happy ending by letting the Ice Lady realize in the end that she is/ becomes the Summer Lady as the seasons change too ??? Then they could be together at least half of the year ^^ … And the second movie could be that they get two daughters who become the Ladies of Spring and Autumn and have their own adventures discovering their powers and falling in love … you could even make it a Season with 26 episodes … ^^

i really love this video… however… for the sake of the primitive look about it all… why is the man wearing a wife beater after he takes off his shirt? it just doesn’t seem to fit the time period/primitive theme. but over all, i love the art and music. the story is simple to follow. :3

very very good, no offense but i thought this was gonna be crap just seeing how it’s hard to live up to disney expectations lol but wow great job u actually conveyed emotion in this, I felt SO SAD for the Lady Ice and it was just so tragic kind of like the hunchback of notre dame, she can’t help how she is and is not a monster, very impressive
Hi Liron, after years, I finally found your film Lady Ice. I remember looking through wip images years ago – when you were coming up with concepts – and talking about how you wanted to work for Disney (which I’m sure you are now). Truely amazing, sad, beautiful, and haunting – the animation is superb, the story brilliant and the direction excellent.
