For guests looking to schedule a workout before, after, or in between visits to the theme parks, each of the three on-property hotels include fitness centers that are open 24/7. Each center includes treadmills, bicycles, elliptical, stair climbers, free weights, and weight machines.

In addition, the new Eureka Studio at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa hosts classes in the morning to start your day with renewed energy. Every morning, guests staying at the resort hotels can join a two-mile power walk through Disney California Adventure park before the park opens for guests. Guided by a Disneyland Resort guest activities cast member, the power walk is a great way to stay in shape, learn a little trivia and get a peek at this special, early morning time in the park.*
