This column is for anyone who has kids and are planning a trip to Disneyland anytime soon. At Disneyland there is a part of the park called ToonTown, I am sure a lot of you have heard of it, but ToonTown is somewhere you can go and let your kids have a lot of fun that is sized just for them. At ToonTown you and your family can visit the homes of Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Donald Duck, and Goofy. There is also the Gadget Go Coaster for the family to ride. Also if you eat lunch in ToonTown by the gazebo you can have a dance party with the characters before they go back stage. I know this from personal experience because when I was younger my family and I went and had lunch in ToonTown and while we were there we met all the characters such as:
- Chip and Dale
- Donald
- Mickey
- Minnie
- Goofy
My sister and I danced with them and they left for back stage. It was a great experience to have in the park. So I suggest that if you have young kids and are planning a trip to Disneyland I would plan to spend a little time in ToonTown.
