Her talents extend beyond character rigging and technical animation – she’s also held leadership positions as the Technical Animation Supervisor on masterpieces like “Strange World” and “Raya and the Last Dragon.”
Alongside Kate, we have Laura, the Director of Marketing for Disney Music Group. Born in Monterrey, Mexico, Laura’s journey to Disney was paved with academic dedication, earning both a B.A. and a Master’s Degree in Marketing from Instituto Tecnologico de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey. Joining Disney 15 years ago, Laura has been instrumental in devising music strategies and marketing plans, collaborating closely with Walt Disney Animation Studios, Pixar Studios, and the broader Studio Marketing Strategy team. Thanks to her efforts, the unforgettable soundtracks from your favorite Disney films continue to enchant new generations. Plus, did you know she’s also in charge of the Disney Hits SiriusXM channel?
