One of the highlights of the Epcot International Food and Wine Festival is our “What’s Cookin’ With,” featuring celebrity chefs from around the country.

This weekend features one of our favorites – Iron Chef Geoffrey Zakarian. An accomplished chef, host and culinary consultant, Zakarian has presided over some of the country’s top kitchens, traveling the world for new inspiration to marry with his classical training and techniques in a lifelong effort to deliver paramount hospitality experiences.

We caught up with Zakarian at The Food Studio in New York City, and he gave us a sneak peek of his demo – cooking some REALLY special shrimp and grits from his new restaurant Point Royal at The Diplomat Beach Resort in Hollywood, FL.
