This year marks the return of the Spain global marketplace to theΒ Epcot International Food & Wine Festival, and we couldnβt be moreΒ alegres!
The marketplace, which originally debuted at the Festival back in 1997 and returned in 2010, features delicious foods inspired byΒ la Madre Patria. The menu includes delicacies like Charcuterie in a Cone with a selection of imported Spanish meats, cheeses, olives and an herb vinaigrette; a traditional Paella with shrimp, mussels, chicken and crispy chorizo; a Seafood Salad with shrimp, bay scallops and mussels and, for dessert, a sweet Olive Oil Cake with powdered sugar and lemon curd.Β Delicioso!
Beverages include an array of wines from several regions in the country: Rafael Palacios Bolo Godello (Valdeorras), Bodegas y ViΓ±edos Artazu Garnacha Rosado (Navarra) and Casa Castillo Monastrell (Jumilla). A wine flight is available, making it a greatΒ opciΓ³nΒ for those who want to try them all.
The 22nd Epcot International Food & Wine Festival takes place daily and runs through November 13, with a record number of 35 global marketplaces celebrating 35 years ofΒ Epcot. For more information visitΒ epcotfoodfestival.com.
