This year marks the return of the Spain global marketplace to the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival, and we couldn’t be more alegres!

The marketplace, which originally debuted at the Festival back in 1997 and returned in 2010, features delicious foods inspired by la Madre Patria. The menu includes delicacies like Charcuterie in a Cone with a selection of imported Spanish meats, cheeses, olives and an herb vinaigrette; a traditional Paella with shrimp, mussels, chicken and crispy chorizo; a Seafood Salad with shrimp, bay scallops and mussels and, for dessert, a sweet Olive Oil Cake with powdered sugar and lemon curd. Delicioso!

Beverages include an array of wines from several regions in the country: Rafael Palacios Bolo Godello (Valdeorras), Bodegas y Viñedos Artazu Garnacha Rosado (Navarra) and Casa Castillo Monastrell (Jumilla). A wine flight is available, making it a great opción for those who want to try them all.

The 22nd Epcot International Food & Wine Festival takes place daily and runs through November 13, with a record number of 35 global marketplaces celebrating 35 years of Epcot. For more information visit epcotfoodfestival.com.
