This expansion is set to enchant fans with new and immersive experiences inspired by the beloved Encanto film and the legendary adventurer, Indiana Jones.
According to the latest documents, Modular Building Systems International will install trailers in the new project compound, marking the first major step in the transformation of DinoLand U.S.A. into a vibrant portrayal of the tropical Americas. At the D23 Fan Event in August, we’re anticipating a treasure trove of details about this reimagined space. Fans can expect Indiana Jones to replace the thrilling Dinosaur attraction while Encanto will bring a magical new charm to the former Dino-Rama area. Imagineering head Bruce Vaughn captures the essence perfectly, saying, “Imagine a land filled with authentic experiences from this part of the world. It’s a beautiful region to explore and has been the inspiration for so many magical stories.”
Adding to the allure, Disney has also confirmed a new show based on Zootopia for the Tree of Life theater, replacing “It’s Tough to Be a Bug.” Visitors will get to explore various biomes from the Zootopia film, interacting with favorites like Judy Hopps and Nick Wilde.
