The Main Street Electrical Parade will be returning to the place it began, Disneyland park in California for a limited time run early next year! Don’t miss your chance to see it at Magic Kingdom Park at Walt Disney World Resort before it makes its cross-country journey on October 9, 2016.

To make the most out of your viewing experience, the Disney Parks Moms Panelists share some parade viewing tips, when to arrive and more.

Andrea H. shares that the best place to view the Main Street Electrical Parade is the second floor of the Walt Disney World Train Station in Town Square. “From here, little ones can sit or stand at the railing and still have an amazing view of the action below, plus there is a great view of Cinderella Castle from this spot making it the perfect place to watch Wishes too!”

Another popular viewing spot is the elevated wooden walkway in Frontierland, near The Diamond Horseshoe and Frontierland Shootin’ Arcade. “The spots in this area don’t seem to fill up as quickly and are nearby great snack stands!” shares Brandy B.

Jason K. advises that you show up about 30 minutes early to find a spot and watch any pre-parade activities. Grab some popcorn or a Mickey’s Premium Ice Cream Bar; “it is the perfect way to enjoy the parade.” says Andrea U.

Jacqueline P. recommends taking advantage of the Main Street Electrical Dining Package. You can have an amazing lunch at Tony’s Town Square Restaurant and enjoy VIP reserved seating to see the first showing of the Main Street Electrical Parade.
