Disney today debuted a new fashion series called Disney Design Challenge, which follows 12 young designers challenged to design collections inspired by Walt Disney Animation Studios’ blockbuster Frozen.
Hosted by fashion blogger Candy Washington, Disney Design Challenge’s first episode introduces us to a group of talented young students at the famed OTIS College of Arts and Design in Los Angeles. The designers will go head-to-head to create a Frozen-inspired clothing line, seen through the lens of Los Angeles’ bustling fashion scene.
The final episode will feature three winners who will have their collections recreated available for purchase immediately after at Nineteenth Amendment, the iconic straight-off-the-runway fashion destination – and receive a full scholarship for their final year of fashion school.
New episodes (previously teased at NewFronts) will go live every Friday this summer on Disney Style’s YouTube Channel.
