Get ready to be enchanted by the latest addition to Disney’s Polynesian Villas & Bungalows. Projected to open its doors in December 2024, the dazzling new Island Tower promises to deliver an unforgettable experience, blending the natural beauty of Polynesia with the magic that only Disney can bring. Conveniently located within walking distance to the Disney Monorail, this 10-story marvel will offer breathtaking views of the iconic Seven Seas Lagoon, forming the perfect backdrop to your Disney adventures.

The concept art reveals a tower that not only completes the vision Disney Imagineers had decades ago but also honors Polynesian culture. The exterior, graced with designs such as a majestic Manta Ray, embodies the spirit of freedom, protection, and grace. Meanwhile, inside the lobby, an art panel installation inspired by the wildlife of various Polynesian Islands greets guests, showcasing animals symbolizing the values cherished by Polynesians.

Disney Imagineering has collaborated with artists worldwide to craft unique artworks that adorn the resort, including preserved moss walls and sculptures made from recycled fishing nets. Each piece is a tribute to conservation and the rich Polynesian culture, adding an extraordinary touch to the ambiance of Island Tower. Room types vary from duo studios to brand-new two-bedroom penthouse villas, accommodating anywhere from two to nine guests, many of which provide spectacular lagoon views.

Key dates to mark on your calendar include June 4, when Disney Vacation Club members can make early rental reservations, followed by booking opportunities for Walt Disney World Annual Passholders on June 5. From June 6, all guests can secure their stay online or by contacting (407) 934-7639.
