Hey Disney enthusiasts! If you’re planning a trip to Hong Kong Disneyland soon, we’ve got some exciting news that will surely tickle your taste buds! The Explorer’s Club Restaurant, located in the park’s enchanting Mystic Point, is rolling out an amazing upgrade to its “Explorer’s Semi-Buffet” menu, bringing more international flair to your dining experience.

Inspired by the fictional adventurer, Lord Henry Mystic, the restaurant boasts five uniquely themed rooms, each promising a global culinary journey. Fans of Moroccan cuisine can dive into the flavorful Moroccan Lamb, chock-full of spices, couscous, dried fruits, and minted yogurt. Sous Chef Rakesh Kumar, the mastermind behind these dishes, has crafted the perfect balance of authentic taste and Disney magic.

Indian cuisine lovers are in for a treat with the Indian Butter Chicken, a delightful combination of tandoori chicken and cucumber raita. This dish is paired with succulent biryani rice and crispy papadam. Another highlight is the Chinese-inspired Pan-fried Salmon—imagine hot, juicy salmon steak served alongside cool, refreshing soba noodles and wok-fried veggies. It’s a contrast you didn’t know you needed!

Vegetarians won’t be left out, either. The Italian-style Mushroom Lasagna, featuring homemade pasta, truffles, and creamy mozzarella, is crafted to perfection. For the younger guests, the Meatballs with Disney Characters Pasta will definitely bring smiles to little faces with its fun shapes and delicious banana mousse dessert.

The intriguing Spice-crusted Sea Bass showcases an Indian twist with its coconut moilee sauce, while the Hainanese Chicken, a favorite of Lord Henry Mystic, brings delightful homemade sauces and winter melon soup on the side. Lastly, don’t miss the Moroccan Beef Kebabs, served with pita bread, pickled onions, and a refreshing chickpea salad.
