If you love the Caribbean-inspired dishes and drinks at the Islands of the Caribbean at Epcot International Food & Wine Festival, you can’t miss stopping by the Mexico, Brazil and Patagonia marketplaces. There, you will be able to sample delicious foods and beverages inspired by Latin American sabores.

In the very popular Brazil marketplace you can enjoy their famous, and mi favorito Pão de Queijo, (cheese bread), as well as Escondidinho de Carne – a layered meat pie with mashed yucca – and the guest favorite, crispy pork belly with tomatoes and black beans.

And at Patagonia, the beef empanadas are not to miss! The grilled beef skewer with chimichurri sauce and boniato purée is back, as well as the roasted salmon with quinoa salad and arugula chimichurri. If you are like me and love Malbec wine, you can’t pass on ordering the Bodega Noemia a Lisa from Rio Negro.

Meanwhile, at the Mexico marketplace you can spice up your palate with Tacos de Camarón(battered shrimp, pico de gallo, pickled onions with chipotle mayonnaise), Barbacoa Enchiladas(Corn Tortilla filled with Beef Barbacoa and covered with Oaxaca Mole), and for something sweet, you can enjoy the Flan de Chocolate Abuelita, a Mexican Chocolate Custard. And you can never go wrong with a Mezcal Pineapple Margarita on the rocks or a cold cerveza like the Bohemia Pilsner!

Epcot International Food & Wine Festival runs through November 14th with more than 30 global marketplaces around the theme park. For more information visit epcotfoodfestival.com.
